1. Cao Lau Noodles / Cao Lầu

The one who sells the most delicious Cao Lau Noodles in Hoi An is Mrs. Be. Her stall is located beside the water well at the beginning of Hoi An Market. Mrs.Be is old now and her grandchildren have replaced her selling Cao Lau. Many restaurants sell this noodle but not many stores have the tasty flavors just like Mrs.Be’s noodles. Otherwise, you can also eat this local noodle at Mrs. Thanh’s Restaurant at Tran Cao Van Street.

2. Vietnamese Quang Noodles / Mì Quảng
