NORTH INDIA:

1. Manali To Leh

Spend a night in Agra and off you go to the pink city, Jaipur. En route take a stop over at Geejgarh for lunch, a true rural Indian experience offered amidst the aravallis. A typical Rajasthani Lunch with a short village tour in tongas, and then proceed to Jaipur. This city offers you the opportunity to dive into culture and heritage spanning back centuries, sight-see the various forts and palaces, shop in the bazaars.

From Jaipur, one can travel to various other cities in the mighty desert: Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Ranthambore etc.

SOUTH INDIA:

3. Chennai to Pondicherry

5. Gangtok to Lake Tsomgo and Nathu-La Pass

6. Guwahati to Tawang

7. Mumbai to Goa

This one is on almost everyone’s to-do list after watching ‘Dil Chahta Hai’. It doesn’t need any introduction. With eating joints now on the route, this is a mini party which starts on the route itself and gets you in the mood and ready for the party capital of India, GOA! Along NH17, the route is as smooth as butter and the 10 hour long trip will feel like a click of the fingers because of the excitement of the sun, the sand and the beach that awaits!

8. Ahmedabad to Kutch

Isn’t it exciting to drive through nowhere? Between two cities the endless expanse of white salt desert feels just like this. With the beautiful culture offered by the people at either end. A 7 hour journey with a few minor up and downs, driving demands full attention here.
