Our airport transfers – transportation from and to the major airports – are fixed and fully inclusive. There are no extra charges for luggage, skis, child seats or any other hidden extras. The payment for the transfer is to the driver but advance payment and payment by credit card is also available on request. Meet and Greet Service included for pick up from Puerto Plata POP airport -Santiago STI airport – Santo Domingo – La Romana – Punta Cana airport.

The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals lounge of the airport holding a sign with your name on it. He will help you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. When you book IsaacTours.com private airport shuttle service with us, you will not be sharing the vehicle with other passengers.

We can also arrange custom-made tours throughout the Island on request, based on individual preferences and budgets. Executive business transportation and private bus transfers for weddings and other group events are also available from Puerto Plata, Sosua and Caberete.

All flights are monitored for delays. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of your flight. However, if you become aware of any delay to your flight which may affect your transfer, please let us know. Our drivers will normally wait up to 70 minutes after your flight has landed before making enquiries and calling the mobile number you’ve provided. After this time, and if there is no sign of the passenger the driver will then leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection
or lost luggage please contact the local manager on the phone number provided, to ensure that your driver will wait.

Don’t limit your vacation explorations – let Isaac Tours take you on an adventure and discover the unique culture, sights, history and language of this large and diverse nation.
